CGI accepts both samples for library preparation and client prepared libraries for Illumina sequencing. Most sequencing services are available either as single project per sequencing run or “fill the run” for smaller projectes. “Fill the run” is more cost effective for smaller projects but will generally take longer from sample submission to sequencing.
