Submit NO MORE THAN 0.2g material per sample tube. Excess sample will overwhelm the extraction kit and cause failure.

Submit all extracted DNA/RNA samples in 96well PCR plates sealed either with an adhesive seal or PCR strip caps.

Amplicon based sequencing requires very little target DNA. If you are working with high biomass samples (fecal/oral/soil), you should submit 20ul of 20-50ng/ul extracted DNA. If you are working with low biomass samples, submit 20-50ul sample at the concentration that you were able to extract. If your samples are very precious, you can bring up a small volume to 20ul for submission.

Unless otherwise agreed, client libraries for Illumina sequencing should have primers removed and be dropped to 4nM before submission.
